DSPTC Fort Worth Tarrant County The Down Syndrome Partnership of Tarrant County is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization. The DSPTC relies solely on the generosity of organizations and individuals to provide resources, services and education to people with Down syndrome, their families and caregivers.

The DSPTC uses donations to directly and indirectly impact lives. It’s low administrative costs and deeply committed volunteers means every dollar donated enhances services and resources provided.

Help DSPTC when you Shop at Kroger
Help DSPTC hen shopping at KrogerIf you shop at Kroger, you can help DSPTC raise needed funds. Kroger's Neighbor to Neighbor donation program will pay DSPTC each time someone uses their registered KrogerPLUS card. Simply print this letter and take it with you the next time you go to Kroger. When the cashier scans the letter and your KrogerPLUS card, you'll be enrolled for the current year. You only have to do it once a year. The program isn't limited to DSPTC members, so please forward to your friends and family!

In the coming months, DSPTC will use donated funds to:

  • Plan much needed educational activities for families and health care providers

  • Establish a network of Down syndrome experts in public schools

  • Increase the frequency and quality of information provided to members

  • Plan social events which allow families, as well as individuals with Down syndrome, time to share experiences and develop networking skills.

  • Increase its minority outreach efforts

  • Increase public education and enlistment opportunities

DSPTC Down Syndrome Fort Worth Tarrant CountyParker is developing proper oral motor skills thanks to a speech workshop last year funded by generous donations.


Benke - DSPTC - Fort Worth Tarrant County Down SyndromeWendy and her family attend many of DSPTC's donation-funded social functions. The functions and other DSPTC resources provide the needed support, balance and stability that her out-of-state family cannot.

Powers Kids DSPTC Fort Worth Down Syndrome Amy, mother of a seven year old with Down syndrome and two typically developing children, says "Our family has been part of the DSPTC for 5 years and this group is the BEST. Always willing to answer our questions, listen when we need support and some of my closest friendships have been made in being a part of this [DSPTC]."
